These products include cars, laptops, gadgets, generators, and more.
For almost two years, the Lviv Regional Military District Administration, together with the Lviv Customs and the Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, has been transferring property for the needs of the state’s functioning under martial law.
In June, over 1600 items of goods were published and offered for donation on the Lviv EMB’s website and nine requests for donations were received from military units and the State Emergency Service from different regions of Ukraine (Lviv, Poltava, Mykolaiv, Zakarpattia, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts).
The day before, on 27 June, a coordination meeting was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Andriy Godyk, with the participation of military personnel and representatives of the State Emergency Service.
As a result of this meeting, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine will be able to receive more than 500 items, including:
- 5 cars;
- more than 170 laptops;
- about 140 tablets and smartphones;
- more than 300 items of other goods (generators, household appliances, equipment and their components, tools, etc.).
Everything will be used for defence and national security.
