In January 2025, repair teams from Lvivvodokanal updated 1,395 meters of emergency water pipelines. As noted by the company, the weather conditions favored the completion of the work. Replacements were carried out in all districts of Lviv, including:
- Kerchenskaya St., 13a – 19a – 118 m (diameter 75-63 mm);
- Panch St., 8 – Chornovil Ave. – 61 m (diameter 63 mm);
- Chervonoyi Kalyny Ave., 113 – 60 m (diameter 110 mm);
- Sykhivska St., 8 – 50 m (diameter 75 mm);
- Kasteliuka St., 40 – 45 m (diameter 110 mm).
Last year, a total of 34.3 km of pipes of various diameters were updated both in Lviv and beyond. Due to regular works, the number of water leakages decreased by 20% compared to the previous year.
