Today, March 21, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council refused to grant urban planning conditions and restrictions for the reconstruction of blocked non-residential buildings of cottages located on the street. “According to the general plan of Bryukhovych township, the zone in which the houses are built is intended for recreation and tourism facilities. The location of residential buildings there contradicts the urban planning documentation. These lands are for recreational use. That is, recreational facilities can be built here, but in fact it is not,” Anton Kolomeytsev, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the LMR, explained during the meeting of the executive committee.
In total, at today’s meeting of the executive committee, 8 issues regarding objects in the recreation zone Bryukhovych were brought up, and all of them were rejected.
