
Ban on Alcohol Sales During Curfew in Lviv Region
In Lviv Region, the ban on alcohol sales during the curfew has been reinstated. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi. Hence, from May 2, 2025, the sale of alcoholic beverages and substances produced on an alcohol basis is prohibited in the Lviv region during the curfew — from 00:00 to 05:00.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
This decision was made in compliance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 27, 2024, No. 1528, which approved the procedure for establishing a ban on alcohol trade during martial law. The resolution for the first time clearly regulated the powers of the regional military administrations regarding the implementation of such restrictions.

Note that the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration also obliged local governments to inform residents and entrepreneurs about the new restrictions, and law enforcement agencies to monitor compliance.
