As part of the event, the results of the August events were analyzed, and attention was also focused on humanitarian issues, in particular, psychosocial services for the families of military personnel, as well as the settlement needs of vulnerable population groups: the elderly and people with disabilities.

The results of the August events were presented by the heads of the offices of the Coordination Centers. The organization of meetings with the families of military personnel was identified as an important and relevant topic.
Development of a traffic ticket for integration, employment, training of IDPs using the best practices of international partners.
The preparation for the approaching winter period was discussed and the needs of the region were assessed in this context. Formed requests from LOVA will be sent to OCHA. (Priority: generators, equipment.)
Working out together with OCHA a mechanism for prioritizing shelters for resettlement in connection with the reduction of support from partners, a social hotel for IDPs who arrive without documents, a short period for restoring the necessary data.
Involvement of partners in psychoeducation in educational institutions and psychological support of families of servicemen, those who are in captivity, and the dead. The formation was activated as a result of district meetings in the offices of the Center for the Support of the Civilian Population of LOVA.
