The serviceability of the transport is monitored by representatives of Ukrtransbezpeka, the Department of Patrol Police in the Lviv region, the DPP of the NP of Ukraine, and the Regional Service Center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lviv region.
The Department of Transport and Communications of the Lviv Oblast established a working group with the aim of monitoring the serviceability and use of vehicles adapted for the transportation of persons with disabilities. It included representatives of Ukrtransbezpeka, the Department of Patrol Police in the Lviv region, the DPP of the NP of Ukraine, and the Regional Service Center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lviv region.
Since the beginning of the year, the working group has been checking the technical condition of vehicles. According to the results of the work carried out, systematic violations of motor transport enterprises were found. Their vehicles do not comply with contractual obligations and are not adapted for the transportation of persons with disabilities.
With this in mind, the Transport and Communications Department of LOVA held a meeting with the participation of heads of motor vehicle enterprises of the region. The carriers were obliged to eliminate the specified violations.
