A Residential Complex with Nursery and Green Zones to be Built in Pid Holosko

In Lviv, there are plans to construct a new residential complex in the Pid Holosko area, which will include a nursery expanded to accommodate 195 children, as well as green zones and public spaces. This was announced by the city’s chief architect, Anton Kolomietsev, during a meeting of Lviv City Council’s executive committee.

The project’s plan for the complex includes several multi-storey buildings, connected by a shared ground floor with commercial premises. Part of the complex will have 8 storeys, which will become a focal point from the side of the square.

The developer has committed to creating a square and constructing a full-fledged road to the ‘Pid Holosko’ street. According to the executive committee’s business manager, Yevhen Boiko, residents were concerned that the development might affect conservation areas. The investor assured that this would not happen and committed to transferring part of their land to municipal ownership.

The Shevchenkivska District Administration is obliged to develop plans for the green zones in consultation with residents. Such discussions are part of the process before the city council approves further decisions regarding the development.
