On World Football Day, a renovated football field was opened in the Lviv region.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Regional Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
This project was implemented on the territory of the Lviv Vocational College, which has been the best in Ukraine among 17 institutions specialising in sports in recent years. A total of 393 people are currently studying here.
During the reconstruction, a new base for the football field was laid, artificial turf was installed and modern lighting was installed. The total cost of the works is over UAH 14 million. Half of this amount was allocated from the regional budget, and the rest was provided by FC Karpaty.
I believe that these examples of partnership between the government and business will inspire other companies to participate in similar initiatives, which will help create better conditions for the development of children and youth in Lviv region and throughout Ukraine.
