A platform for public transportation stop and a pedestrian crossing have been arranged at the entrance to Rudno.
The work was carried out on Verbytskyi Street, at the entrance to the village. “Initially, residents wanted to arrange a pedestrian crossing at this section of the road since there is a stop. They approached the office with this request,” – said the head of the Lviv Community Office in Rudno, Natalia Ustymenko. Given the location, as it is a major road, together with the Railway District Administration, it was decided to also create a platform for the public transport stop and pave part of the sidewalk with paving stones. Now this place has become safer and more convenient for pedestrians. Plans also include installing a shelter.
It should be noted that a little earlier on the same Verbytskyi Street, a shelter was installed. This was possible through sponsorship funds.
