In Lviv, on 9–10 June, road surface repairs will be carried out on Liubinska Street on the section from Konduktorska Street to Okruzhna Street. This was reported by the Frankivsk District Administration.
The works will be carried out in large sections using an asphalt paver. A complete closure of traffic is not planned, however there may be occasional restrictions on traffic due to the operation of large specialised machinery.
The Frankivsk District Administration is asking road users to take into account the works on Liubinska Street and to be understanding about any temporary inconvenience.
Since the end of February, pothole repairs have been under way on Lviv’s roads. Initially, cold asphalt was used for this, and with the onset of favourable weather conditions they switched to hot asphalt and repairs in large sections. As of the end of May, more than 130,000 m² of road surface has been repaired.
