The regional commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies recommends continuing distance learning or holidays until February 1.
The decision on this is made locally, and each school and community decides independently. “In addition, during the shortage, it is recommended to turn off the lighting of building facades, light advertisements, and signs”, as stated in the recommendations. Restrictions do not apply to hospitals, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and those who power lighting from their generators or batteries. Communities are advised to use street lighting sparingly, but to do so prudently, so as not to compromise people’s safety.
