For two days, near the terminus of tram No. 2, located on the street Konovaltsi, they are dismantling wooden pavilions and summer playgrounds that have been operating without permits in the park zone for more than 10 years. Dismantling of structures takes place in compliance with the court decision.
As informed by the Frankivska RA, in 2010, the entrepreneur concluded a contract for the lease of a city plot of land for two years for the placement of the IAF there. However, in 2012, after the conclusion of the contract, it did not extend its validity. And instead, through the court, she received ownership rights to buildings with a total area of 250 square meters. m. Also, by the decision of the same court, a postal address was illegally assigned to these objects.
The Frankiv district administration appealed this decision. And already in 2013, the appellate court sided with the city and overturned the decision of the court of first instance.
In 2017, the Economic Court of the Lviv region ordered the entrepreneur to dismantle the wooden pavilions and summer playgrounds in the park area on the street. Konovaltsia – Zhytomyrska. After long lawsuits, the disconnection of the facilities from all communications and warnings to the entrepreneur, the structures that cluttered the public space were finally dismantled.
