On Chornovola Avenue in Lviv, ongoing works are being carried out for the current repair of the road surface. The repairs are taking place on the section from Lypynskoho Street towards Varshavska Street. Although traffic is not being halted, certain inconveniences for passage may occur.
Large road machinery is operating on site, including a milling machine that grinds the old asphalt and loads it into trucks. Several road workers are working nearby.
Today, preparatory works were carried out — milling of damaged sections, cleaning and levelling of the base. In the coming days, we will be carrying out asphalting. Traffic on this section is not being halted — passage is ensured. However, inconveniences for passage are possible due to the operation of large machinery. Therefore, we ask drivers and pedestrians to be cautious — reported the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration.
After the completion of works on Chornovola Avenue, it is planned to eliminate potholes on T. Shevchenka, Kovcha, Vynnytsia, and Tunelna Streets.
