From 23rd March, road surface repairs will commence on Chornovola Avenue in Lviv, leading to partial traffic restrictions. The works will take place on the section from Varshavska Street to Khimichna Street, as reported by the Lviv City Council.
The repair works will involve the use of heavy machinery, necessitating the closure of certain traffic lanes. To minimise inconvenience for drivers, the works will start at 9:30 AM and continue until 5:00 PM. Overall, the repairs will last 3–4 days, beginning on the side leading to the city centre, and then moving to the opposite side.
Drivers are urged to take this information into account when planning their routes. It is worth noting that since mid-February, Lviv has already begun pothole repair works on the roads, initially using cold asphalt and later hot asphalt when weather conditions permitted.
