From 14th April, Lviv will commence asphalting a section of Stryiska Street, leading to significant changes in traffic flow. The works will continue until 16th April on the stretch from Naukovaya Street to Vernadsky Street.
During the works, this section will be completely closed to traffic. Trolleybuses No. 23 and 25 will be shortened to the ‘Khutorivka’ stop, while trolleybus No. 22 and buses will operate on the odd-numbered side of the street, where two-way traffic will be organised.
According to the Lviv City Transport Department, trolleybus route No. 22 will not be shortened, as trolleybuses with autonomous running will follow the usual route ‘University — Bus Station’.
After the completion of the repairs, Stryiska Street will have four lanes, one of which will be designated for public transport. The works are expected to last approximately three months.
