Rating of Lviv’s Communities: March Leaders Identified

At the beginning of March, the ranking of the territorial communities of Lviv was updated. The top positions are held by Pidberiztsi, Obroshyne, and Lviv communities. Interestingly, Obroshyne exhibits the highest income growth at 169%.

The assessment is based on 50 indicators across seven areas: finances, administration, economy, regional development, social sector, digitalisation, and security. Sambr, Boryslav, and Khyriv communities face the greatest issues with cash deficits, posing a significant risk of delayed salaries.

Overall, communities in the region allocated over UAH 289 million for military needs, of which over UAH 175 million was dedicated to supporting security forces. However, only 24 out of 73 communities ensured 100% coverage for fire service access, and the Kozova community still lacks any coverage.

There is steady growth in the economic sector: the average salary is UAH 24,200, which is a 3% increase compared to the previous month. However, in 16 communities, not all educational institutions have shelters, putting children’s safety at risk.

The ranking is an indicator of community leaders’ responsibility for safety and development. Residents should actively monitor the authorities, as this affects their well-being.
