Investors of the residential complex ‘Lazur Sky’, located on Zelenyi Street in Lviv, have appealed to the city council because the developer is not fulfilling its obligations. According to the deputy mayor for urban planning, Lyubomyr Zubach, apartments in the seventh section were supposed to be ready two years ago. Although LLC ‘Lazur Group’ has long since received the full amount from buyers, there is still no connection to water supply, gas, and sewage networks, and the electricity supply remains temporary.
Zubach noted that the city council does not have legal leverage to influence such conflicts between residents and developers and can only act as a platform for negotiations. The residential complex is being built by LLC ‘Lazur Group’ together with LLC VP ‘Budinvest’.
‘I urge all conflict parties to take responsibility and resolve the issue fairly for the clients,’ stated Lyubomyr Zubach.
