Based on the results of the first half of 2026, the Slavske community ranked among the top five communities in Lviv region that allocated the largest share of their local budgets to needs related to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The community directed 20.4% of all its budget expenditure to measures supporting the Security and Defence Forces, military personnel and other initiatives in the field of national protection. This secured the Slavske community fifth place among communities in Lviv region in terms of funding for defence needs.
Acting head Oleg Danyliak stressed that supporting defenders and the security sector remains a priority for the community, and that this result has been made possible thanks to the responsible stance of its residents.
