Trading activities without permits from vehicles and hands in Gorodok on the street. Przemyśl and street Iv. Franka hinders the cleaning of the city territory by the communal service, hinders the organization of traffic and pedestrians, causes just indignation of the city council deputies and the public.
Spontaneous trade belongs to the administrative offenses under Art. 160 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violations – “hand trafficking in unspecified places”, which provides for a fine in the amount of one to seven non-taxable minimum incomes with confiscation of trade items and Art. 164 of the same Code – “Violation of the order of economic activity”.
