The Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Oblast State Administration continues to provide effective tools for the development and management of investment resources to the region’s communities.
One such example is the Rava-Ruska urban territorial community, which used the capabilities of a personal account on the Lviv Oblast Analytical Portal.
As a result, the community has created an investment dashboard that includes 54 investment plots with a total area of 163 hectares. This dashboard greatly facilitates investors’ access to information and helps the community to actively promote its investment opportunities.
“We actively support communities in developing and attracting investment by providing them with access to modern tools to promote their opportunities. The Lviv Oblast Analytical Portal helps communities not only promote investment projects, but also make effective decisions in the economic, social and infrastructure sectors. This makes them more attractive for business and open to new opportunities,” said Orest Hryniv, Acting Director of the Economic Policy Department.
The specialisation of investment plots varies from logistics centres to industrial facilities. Most of these sites are located in close proximity to roads and railways. Almost all of the plots are located in relative proximity to settlements with a sufficient number of skilled workers. All in all, all these advantages create the necessary infrastructure for doing business and are interesting for investors.
The next step is for the hromada to attract more investors to participate in land auctions, which will be held transparently and openly thanks to modern digital solutions. And the Investment Attractiveness dashboard will help disseminate information about all the benefits of the hromada for business.

The Lviv Oblast Analytical Portal information and analytical system was created as part of the cooperation between the Lviv Oblast Military Administration and USAID HOVERLA. By the Order of the Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration No. 954/0/5-24VA of 17.09.2024, the list of entities that provide data filling and updating of the Information and Analytical System “Lviv Region Analytical Portal” was approved, including 7 district military administrations, 33 territorial communities of the region (including Rava-Ruska ATC) and structural units of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
