From November 1, 2025, the CNAP and elders of the Belz community will accept applications for deferment from mobilization.
Applications can be submitted in person at the CNAP or online through the ‘Reserve+’ application. Territorial recruitment centers no longer accept such applications. ‘The deferment application can only be submitted by the CITIZEN PERSONALLY’, the announcement states. The CNAP administrator does not provide consultations regarding deferment grounds, but only accepts applications.
A registered email address is required to submit an application. The decision on deferment is made by the territorial recruitment center. The approximate review period for an application is up to 7 working days.
The CNAP does not accept documents from SBU employees, civil servants, and other categories defined by law. It is recommended to use the ‘Reserve+’ app to save time.
