Starting November 1, the Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP) of the Velyki Mosty City Council in the Lviv region will begin accepting applications for deferment from mobilization.
The Government of Ukraine has amended Resolution No. 560, updating the procedure for submitting applications for deferment from mobilization. Now, the application can be submitted in person at the CNAP of Velyki Mosty or online through the mobile app “Reserve+”. Territorial recruitment centers will no longer accept these applications.
“The application for deferment must be submitted by the citizen PERSONALLY. Representatives, relatives, or lawyers are not allowed to submit documents on behalf of the conscript”, the message states.
To submit an application, a registered email is required. CNAP only accepts the documents and forwards them to the territorial recruitment center electronically. The decision is made solely by the TRC.
The estimated time for application review is up to 7 working days, but it may be extended to 15 days if additional examination of documents is needed.
