The Administrative Services Centre is temporarily not processing or issuing passport documents. The reason is technical work being carried out on the information systems of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
The following services are currently unavailable:
- issuing a Ukrainian citizen's passport in the form of an ID card;
- issuing a Ukrainian citizen's passport for travelling abroad;
- issuing already produced passport documents.
The announcement stresses that the restrictions are specifically due to work on the SMS information systems and are not related to the operation of the ASC.
Additional information will be provided once document intake and the issuing of ready passports resume. Residents are asked to follow updates on the official page of the Belz City Council and to treat the temporary inconveniences with understanding.
