In the village of Domazhyr, there has been a rupture in the main water pipeline. According to city-adm.lviv.ua, preliminary information suggests the damage could have been caused by private machinery operations. Repair crews are conducting emergency work to alleviate the consequences.
Due to the emergency, the water supply to some houses in Lviv is temporarily halted. Water containers have been organized for residents. Time is required for repairs and refilling the water pipeline to restore the supply.
“Currently, water supply to some streets is completely stopped. Preliminary estimates suggest the emergency relief might take up to a day,” reported Lviv Municipal Water Utility «Lvivvodokanal».
Water delivery has been organized for residents. Water trucks are located at:
- Ryasne-Ruske village, 11−21;
- Rudno village — Hrushevskoho St, 56, Ogiyenko St, 3;
- Zolota St, 26;
- Shevchenka St, 60.
Containers for water collection are set up at:
- Shevchenka St, 348a;
- Shevchenka St, 388;
- Povitryana St, 92;
- Povitryana-Ozerna Street intersection;
- Porichkova St, 15;
- Roksolyani St, 57;
- Velychkovskoho St, 50;
- Povitryana St (near St. Andrew’s Church).
