Public hearings in Drohobych on auction for lease of land plot

On 27 October at 17:00, public hearings will be held at the Ivan Franko People’s House in Drohobych on the advisability of holding an auction for the sale of the leasehold right to a land plot at the corner of Lesia Ukrainka and Mykola Lysenko Streets. The event is being organised following a lengthy public discussion about the future of this plot.

The hearings are open: a discussion is planned, along with the collection of proposals from participants and an open vote. Anyone interested may take part, but only residents who are 18 or over and whose registered place of residence is within the Drohobych community will have the right to vote.

The organisers ask participants to arrive in advance to avoid queues during registration. Participants must have with them an identity document confirming their registered place of residence – a Ukrainian citizen’s passport or an ID card with an extract from the state register on registration of place of residence.

The subject of the public hearings concerns the approval of a land management project for the allocation of a land plot with an area of 0.1827 ha for the construction and maintenance of tourist infrastructure facilities and catering establishments. The plot is located in the city of Drohobych at the junction of Lesia Ukrainka and Mykola Lysenko Streets, Lviv region, and has the cadastral number :01:001:0320.

During the hearings, they will discuss including this land plot in the list of plots whose leasehold right is to be sold at land auctions as separate lots, as well as the possibility of selling the leasehold right on a competitive basis in the form of an electronic auction.
