In the Drohobych community, 345,000 UAH was paid in February to war veterans and their families. This was made possible by the city’s comprehensive social support programme, which runs from 2026 to 2030.
The programme provides targeted financial assistance to the Defenders of Ukraine, war veterans, families of the deceased and missing, as well as the families of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
Specifically, 15,000 UAH was paid to the family of a deceased Defender of Ukraine residing in the Drohobych community. This payment was made in accordance with the Procedure for Providing One-Time Financial Assistance for 2026.
Additionally, within the programme, 330,000 UAH was paid to 11 families for the installation of memorial signs on the graves of fallen Defenders and war veterans.
