Residents of the community in the following categories may receive this assistance: non-working old-age pensioners, persons with disabilities, children with disabilities under 18 years of age, as well as large families facing difficult life circumstances. The amount of the payment is UAH 1,500 per person, but not more than UAH 7,500 per family.
Pensioners and persons with disabilities must attach to their application: copies of their passport and taxpayer identification number card, an income statement for the previous six months, information on employment history from the register of insured persons, an extract from the decision of the expert team assessing the person’s everyday functioning (MSEC certificate), and, where necessary, a copy of the medical opinion establishing a child’s disability and a copy of the child’s birth certificate, an extract listing persons registered in the dwelling, a certificate confirming whether a subsidy or benefit was or was not received for the 2025–2026 heating season, a document confirming no arrears for water supply and sewerage services, as well as bank card account details.
Large families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances must submit an application and copies of their passport and taxpayer identification number card, copies of their children’s birth certificates, an extract listing persons registered in the dwelling, a copy of the large family certificate, a family needs assessment report and/or another document confirming difficult circumstances (including an inspection report, a submission from social services, a certificate of receipt of state social assistance for low-income families), a document confirming no arrears for water supply and sewerage services, and bank card account details.
Assistance is not granted if there are arrears for water supply and sewerage services, if a housing subsidy or benefit for housing and utility services is being received (for pensioners and persons with disabilities), if the family’s average monthly income per person exceeds two subsistence minimums for persons who have lost their capacity to work, or in the event of submitting incomplete or inaccurate documents, or changing the place of registration outside the Drohobych community.

Documents may be submitted at: Drohobych, Rynok Square, 1, offices No. 3 and No. 8, and also Stebnyk, 8 Mazepy Street.
