In Lviv’s Frankivskyi district, hot water restored ahead of schedule to a further 54 buildings

In Lviv’s Frankivskyi district, hot water supply has been restored ahead of schedule to a further 54 residential buildings where hydraulic testing of the heating networks has already been completed. This was reported by Lvivteploenergo municipal heating utility (ЛМКП «Львівтеплоенерго»).

In total, according to the utility, hot water in Lviv has already been supplied to 220 buildings, which is several weeks ahead of the initial timetable. The hydraulic tests, which began on 11 May, were due to run until 17 June.

The utility recalled that on 18 May hot water supply was restored to 108 buildings in the Lychakivskyi district. On 21 May, hot water was supplied to 49 buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi district, and on 22 May to 9 buildings in the Sykhivskyi district. Over the weekend, hot water was restored ahead of schedule for 54 buildings in the Frankivskyi district, which under the plan were to receive it from 17 June.

In the Frankivskyi district, hot water was supplied ahead of the previously set deadline to buildings at the following addresses: vul. Sofii Karaffy-Korbut, 10, 12; vul. Boichuka, 3, 5, 8, 10; vul. Volodymyra Velykoho, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 40, 42, 44, 46, 83, 95, 85a, 89, 91, 93a, 95, 97, 99, 101, 103, 105, 109, 111, 113, 117, 121, 125; vul. Keramichna, 4, 16; vul. Knyahyni Olhy, 102; vul. Kobylytsi, 19, 29a; vul. Muzyky, 34, 36; vul. Symonenka, 1, 3; vul. Kulparkivska, 117, 121, 13, 125, 129, 133a; vul. Kurovtsia, 73; vul. Hrabianky, 5, 7, 9, 13; vul. Moldavska, 43.

As of now, according to ЛМКП «Львівтеплоенерго», residents of the Lychakivskyi, Zaliznychnyi, and parts of the Halytskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Frankivskyi districts, as well as 9 buildings in the Sykhivskyi district, are receiving hot water. In other parts of the city, work continues to eliminate defects identified following the hydraulic tests.

This year, the annual hydraulic testing of Lviv’s heating networks began on 11 May. First, the networks in the Sykhivskyi, Frankivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and parts of the Lychakivskyi and Halytskyi districts are being checked – the main heating networks from CHP-1 and the Pivnichna heating plant (ТЦ «Північна»). Hydraulic tests in the Zaliznychnyi district are scheduled to begin from mid-June.
