
A regular meeting of the executive committee was held at the Kulykiv settlement council, where a number of decisions important for the community, mainly planned for 2026, were considered and supported.
Members of the executive committee agreed to provide financial assistance to community residents for a total amount of 129 thousand UAH. Separately, they approved the draft Programme for the implementation of effective measures to prevent and reduce repeat offences among persons released from places of imprisonment, as well as those sentenced to punishments not involving deprivation of liberty, for 2026.
The executive committee supported the draft Programme to support military unit A2678 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for 2026. It also approved the draft Programme to improve the material and technical support of Police Department No. 2 of Lviv District Police Directorate No. 1 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv Region, in order to strengthen the protection of public order and safety in the territory of the Kulykiv territorial community in 2026.
In addition, amendments were adopted to Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 of the Programme for financial support of representative expenses and other expenditures related to the activities of the Kulykiv settlement council for 2026–2028. Similarly, amendments were agreed to Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 of the Programme for technical and financial support, improvement and development of the centralised alert and communication system of the Kulykiv settlement territorial community for 2026–2028.
The executive committee also adopted a decision to establish a local commission on the provision in 2026 of a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of a public investment programme to provide housing for family-type children’s homes.
All items on the agenda were thoroughly examined by the members of the executive committee and resolved taking into account the requirements of current legislation and the needs of the residents of the Kulykiv community.
