From 6 July, the Administrative Services Centre of the Lopatyn Settlement Council in Sheptytskyi District, Lviv Region, has begun providing passport services for residents of the Lopatyn territorial community.
The Centre now offers services for issuing a Ukrainian citizen’s passport in the form of an ID card, a Ukrainian citizen’s passport for travelling abroad, as well as affixing a photograph to the passport upon reaching the ages of 25 and 45.
Advice on the list of required documents, the cost of administrative services and making an appointment in advance is provided directly at the Centre.
The Centre is located at: Lopatyn urban-type settlement, 24-A Tsentralna Street. Opening hours for the public: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30; Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
