They want to create a new green area in the center of Bryukhovychy, near the National Academy of Medical Sciences – V. Ivasyuk Square. Work is currently underway on the development of the land management project and approval of red lines.
By the way, the issue of the square was one of the leading topics during the recent dialogue seminars in the communities. This was reported in the city agglomeration department of the LMR.
The fact that there should be a square in the center of Bryukhovychy, next to the current TsNAP, was decided during the terms of the Bryukhovychy settlement council. At the same time, the approximate area of the park was determined at the session – 0.8 ha. “Also, along with the future park, the Bryuhovytsk settlement council has approved 4 detailed plans of the territory, which are superimposed,” said the Land Resources Department of the LMR. So now the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning is studying which of these DPT was the last. This is necessary for the further drawing and approval of red lines – an important component of the land management project that is currently being developed.
The community of Bryukhovych also supports the creation of the square as a comfortable recreation area. The provision of legal status and its improvement became one of the important issues raised by the community at a dialogue seminar held recently in the community. Such dialogue seminars in the settlements of Lviv MTG were initiated by the department of urban agglomeration with the support of the Council of Europe. At the same time, the community is waiting for the resumption of the work of the Public Budget in order to submit a project for arranging public space in the square.
