The Department of Architecture of the Lviv City Council has refused to grant urban planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of an administrative building at 170 Zamarstynivska Street.
Lviv Instrumentation Plant Private Joint Stock Company planned to erect a two-storey office building on Zamarstynivska Street in Lviv. However, the applicants were denied permission due to the non-compliance of the development intentions with the terms of the urban planning documentation.
“According to the detailed plan, this is zone G2 – commercial and business zones. That is, this facility is not provided for in the current urban planning documentation, so applicants need to adjust the functions and apply for urban planning conditions and restrictions later,” the Lviv City Council’s architecture department explained.
