Residents of the apartments in building #29 on the street most damaged as a result of rocket fire. Kakhovska will receive financial assistance for housing rent. Today, August 18, the executive committee approved a list of 11 apartment owners who will receive such compensation. Funds will be deposited into the residents’ individual accounts every month until their housing is restored.
According to Vladyslav Ivanov, the head of the housing department of the LMR, it is expected that the list of residents will be supplemented.
“We expect 9 more applications from the apartment owners of this building. Both the district administration and the management company have already called these residents to write appropriate statements. There is an on-site CNAP working in the yard, all documents can be submitted there,” said Vladyslav Ivanov.
As the head of the Regional Railway Administration Ihor Savka specified, all owners of apartments in the two entrances on the street should receive compensation for housing rent. Kakhovska, 29 – a total of 20 apartments.
The amount of financial aid for temporary housing rent is the same as for the residents of buildings destroyed by a Russian rocket on the street. Stryiska: UAH 10,000 for owners of 1-room apartments, UAH 12,000 for owners of 2-room apartments, and UAH 15,000 for owners of 3-room and more than 3-room apartments.
Material assistance will be paid by LKP “Sygnivka”. Funds will be paid once a month to individual accounts of residents.
In addition, compensation from the city budget is provided for broken windows and doors in residential buildings. In particular, UAH 12,000 – for windows knocked out by the blast wave (calculation for one window), UAH 8,000 – for entrance doors knocked out.
We will remind, as a result of rocket fire on August 15, 48 residential buildings were damaged in Lviv. In total, 830 windows and 81 entrance doors were damaged. Cracks on the walls were recorded in 76 apartments. 6 high-rise buildings have damaged roofs and 5 more roofs need repairs in private houses. The kindergarten suffered significant damage.
In general, it is planned to allocate about UAH 20 million from the reserve fund of the city budget of the Lviv community to liquidate the consequences of this hostile attack.
