Hretska Street in Lviv will be closed to private traffic for approximately a month due to ongoing repairs to the road surface and pavements, the Halytskyi District Administration has reported.
Repair works are starting today at midday. This concerns a small one-way street in the Halytskyi district, located between Vitovskoho Street and Zarytskykh Street. It is about 65 metres long.
According to the district administration, the carriageway on Hretska Street is in very poor condition, and many complaints about it have been received from residents.
During the current repairs, the cobblestones covering the carriageway are to be relaid, and the pavements on both sides of the street will also be repaired. The works are expected to last for around a month.
Public transport does not run along Hretska Street, so the restrictions apply only to private cars.
