Lviv will see the construction of two new modern European-style roundabouts at key traffic junctions. These new roundabouts will be installed at the intersections of:

Kulpakivska and Volodymyra Velykoho Streets

The introduction of these roundabouts will eliminate the need for traffic lights, offering a safer and smoother flow of vehicles.
Key features of the new traffic design:

Vehicles in the right lane will be able to go straight or turn right only

Vehicles in the left lane can go straight, turn left, or make a U-turn
Such traffic solutions have proven effective both in other parts of Lviv and across Europe, helping reduce congestion and accidents.
Construction of both roundabouts is expected to be completed by June 2026.
