On Thursday, January 19, a jury meeting of the All-Ukrainian Open Architectural Competition took place, where the best project proposal for the new construction of a complex of multi-apartment residential buildings on the street was chosen. I. Mykolaychuk in Lviv.
During three months, the participants of the competition developed project proposals for a complex of multi-apartment residential buildings located on two plots of land. The designed objects will become municipal housing and part of the National Rehabilitation Center UNBROKEN. People undergoing rehabilitation in Lviv will live here. In addition to housing, the complex provides for the creation of a center for social and professional adaptation and a children’s center. The premises will also be able to be used to solve the problem of providing housing for socially vulnerable categories of the population.
25 teams with experience in designing and implementing residential buildings, mainly from Kyiv and Lviv, registered to participate in the competition. There were also applications from Vinnytsia, Dnipro and Chernivtsi. 10 teams completed their work and submitted competition projects, among which the competition jury chose the winners.
So, according to the jury’s decision, the winner of the competition was the project under the code 082491 of the authors’ team: Oleg Drozdov, Shemir Vyacheslav, Denys Kozak, Oleg Timofeev, Pravik Vitaly, Iryna Shapovalova, Rudnev Kostyantyn / Drozdov & Partners, Kharkiv.
