In Lviv, over the past week, crews have cleared nearly 700 roofs of icicles and snow overhangs.
Since last week, teams specializing in roof cleaning, including alpinists and aerial platforms, have been actively working in the city. According to district administrations, 693 roofs have been cleared. **Unfortunately**, due to weather conditions, icicles are forming again on already cleared roofs. Residents are urged to be cautious.
“We coordinate the work of all services daily to promptly remove snow and icicle layers from the roofs of buildings,” said Andriy Moskalenko.
The work is on its second week, and today it is planned to clear more than 200 roofs. A total of 35 teams are involved, including 15 alpinists and 11 platforms.
