21 More Abandoned Cars to be Removed from the Streets of Lviv

In Lviv, plans are underway to remove 21 abandoned cars that have become obstacles on the city’s roads. The city commission responsible for identifying and relocating such vehicles has decided on their removal. These measures aim to improve accessibility and order on the city’s streets. This was reported by the head of the commission, the director of the department of city mobility and street infrastructure of the Lviv City Council, Oleh Zabarilo.

The procedure includes inspection, notification, and documentation, however, the car owners did not respond to the notifications. Within a month, the vehicles will be moved to a designated site at 13 Konyushinna Street. Among the addresses from which vehicles will be removed are: Arcas Street, Naukovaya Street, Pulyuya Street, Antonycha Street, and others.

Oleh Zabarilo emphasised that Lviv continues to systematically clear streets of abandoned vehicles to maintain an orderly urban space. Already, 74 abandoned vehicles have been relocated, and some owners have voluntarily removed their cars from the streets. Such actions contribute to improving city infrastructure.
