Passengers in Lviv have purchased 50,000 transport passes in nearly 10 months. This is highlighted by LKP “Lvivavtodor“, pointing to the popularity of the cards. The passes are valid for 30 days and allow unlimited travel on buses, trams and trolleybuses. They can also be used as a mobile application “LeoCard”.
Every week about 150,000 pass validations occur, emphasising their convenience for regular users, as noted by LKP “Lvivavtodor” director Mykola Vlasiuk. General passes are available for everyone, and students have a separate type of pass.
We remind you that the passes were launched on 1 July last year, with the possibility of purchasing through the Tourist Information Centre and EasyPay services. Only the general pass is available in the LeoCard app. More detailed information is placed on the “LeoCard” website in the “Passes” section.
