In Lviv, starting from 8th May, significant repair works will commence on Vynnychenko Street. It is planned to completely renew the road surface on the section from Lysenka Street to Kryvonosa Street. This also includes the reorganisation of pavements and the installation of two safety islands.
The repairs will necessitate closing the section from Lysenka Street to Kryvonosa Street for private and public transport. Consequently, bus No. 45 will bypass the repair site via Lysenka Street, Miklukho-Maklaya Street, and Hutsulskaya Street.
According to representatives of the Halytskyi District Administration, the road condition worsened after winter, thus repairs are necessary to improve traffic conditions and safety in Lviv. The works are expected to be completed in approximately one month.
The total area of the works will exceed 3,000 square metres. The contractor “Shlyakhovyk” LLC will organise all the works.
Residents and drivers are urged to take into account the street closure information when planning routes and to be prepared for temporary inconveniences.
