According to Lvivteploenergo’s dispatch service, based on letters of request, the company has resumed heating to 158 public institutions, including schools, kindergartens, hospitals and clinics.
To date, most of the requests have been sent by heads of kindergartens and hospitals.
“As of today, 158 budgetary institutions have sent requests to Lvivteploenergo to restore heating. Most applications have come from kindergartens and medical institutions.
In total, Lvivteploenergo serves 374 budgetary institutions – 306 educational institutions and 68 medical institutions. These institutions are of different subordination – city, regional, state and private. The heads of these institutions decide on their own whether they need heating. In order to receive heating, they must send a letter of request to Lvivteploenergo.
And on this basis, they will be supplied with heat,” explains the Department of Housing and Infrastructure of the Lviv City Council.
