Lviv’s parks now have new conditions for setting up mobile trading. On 15 May, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council made a decision that officially allows entrepreneurs to set up trading points within the park areas.
These changes relate to the decision dated 29 July 2025, No. 767, concerning rental conditions for improvement objects for the period 2025-2027. The main aim is to enhance the transparency and competitiveness of the rental process, which will contribute to more efficient use of communal property, as well as ensure increased revenue for the city budget.
It is noted that the document updates the model contracts for enterprises responsible for park maintenance, including the LKP “Zelenyi Lviv” and its subsidiary structures. Participants must submit applications via the Prozorro.Sales system to partake in rental auctions.
The new rules are intended to secure higher profits for Lviv and create a more organised environment for commercial and service facilities in the city’s parks.
