In Lysynychi, developers will fund part of the construction of a new school

In the village of Lysynychi, developers who plan to build a new residential complex have pledged to contribute financially to the construction of a new municipal school. The city’s chief architect, Anton Kolomeitsev, announced this during a meeting of the executive committee, noting that the investors have already submitted the relevant letters of guarantee.

According to the official, the city has received two applications for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings with commercial premises and an underground car park on private land plots in Lysynychi. The planned development complies with the current detailed plan of the area.

The project envisages buildings up to four storeys high with a multifunctional mix: commercial space, a pre-school institution, service infrastructure and underground car parks that must meet city standards.

The developers have also undertaken to participate in the expansion of the municipal school on the site allocated for this purpose by the municipality within the village of Lysynychi. The educational institution is planned to be accessible to children of all age groups.

Preliminarily, the school is designed for 300 pupils, which is twice the number of schoolchildren needed directly for the new residential complex. As the chief architect noted, in the longer term the project provides for the possibility of adding another building to the educational institution.
