The Executive Committee of the Lviv City Council issued town planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of production, warehouse and administrative premises in the village of Pidbirtsi and for the construction of a warehouse and administrative building at 27 Zhovkivska Street in Malekhov of the Lviv City Territorial Community.
In Pidbyrtsy, the plot of land where the warehouses will be located is located near the highway – the main street Trakt Glynyanskyi. Production and warehouse premises with a three-story administrative building will be built on an area of about half a hectare.
“It’s quite a successful design solution, both in terms of the general plan and in terms of architecture. We see quite high-quality industrial architecture.
We have an almost identical object, which will be placed on a plot of land in the village of Malekhiv. Here are quick-installation structures in metal constructions with facing materials,” the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Lviv City Council noted.
“Actually, it’s job creation and it’s very important for the city. Today, we are grateful to those who invest in the development of our economy,” said Andriy Moskalenko, First Deputy Mayor of Lviv.
