The Novyi Rozdil City Council has announced the start of work on the urban planning documentation “Update and amendments to the general plan of the city of Novyi Rozdil”. The decision to develop this documentation was adopted by the Novyi Rozdil City Council on 10 July 2025 (No. 2353).
The executive body of the City Council, as the commissioning authority, has reported that it has begun accepting proposals from individuals and legal entities regarding amendments to the updated general plan. This is being carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Regulation of Urban Planning Activities” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 926 of 01.09.2021.
Residents and institutions may submit proposals, in particular regarding the inclusion in the State Land Cadastre of information on land plots of all forms of ownership formed before 2004, for which data are currently missing from the cadastre. To do this, it is necessary to provide the developer with copies of documents confirming ownership or use of the respective plots.
Proposals will be accepted from 6 October to 26 October 2026 inclusive. They may be submitted in three ways:
- via an online form available through the link indicated on the community’s official resource;
- in electronic form to: orgvd.nmr@gmail.com;
- in hard copy to: 81652, Novyi Rozdil City Council, 24 Hrushevskoho St.
Legal entities, civil society institutions, academic and expert organisations must indicate their full name and registered office in their submissions. Individuals must state their surname and initials. Anonymous proposals will not be registered or considered.
