The executive body of Novyi Rozdil City Council, as the client for the urban planning documentation, has announced the start of work on the document entitled “Amendments to the general plan of Rozdil township”. The work is being carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Regulation of Urban Development Activities”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.09.2021 No. 926 and resolutions of Novyi Rozdil City Council of 27.11.2025 No. 2484 and 14.05.2026 No. 2689.
In this connection, proposals from natural and legal persons regarding amendments to the urban planning documentation are now being accepted. In particular, residents and landowners may submit proposals concerning the inclusion in the State Land Cadastre of information on land plots of all forms of ownership created before 2004 and not yet recorded in the cadastre, provided that the developer is supplied with copies of documents confirming ownership or use of such plots.
Proposals will be accepted from 6 October to 26 October 2026 inclusive. They can be submitted in several ways: by completing the proposal questionnaire online, sending them electronically to orgvd.nmr@gmail.com, or delivering them in hard copy to Novyi Rozdil City Council at: 81652, Novyi Rozdil, 24 Hrushevskoho St.
Legal entities, civil society institutions, research and expert organisations must state their full name and registered office in their proposals. Natural persons must provide their surname and initials. Anonymous submissions are not registered and will not be considered.
