In Pustomyty, the Creation of a Space for Veterans Was Discussed

In the Pustomyty community, a meeting was held with veterans aimed at creating a new space for defenders. The event was attended by representatives of regional and local authorities, employment center specialists, the Pension Fund, the TCC, and philanthropists. The main focus was on ensuring a comfortable return of soldiers to civilian life and their comprehensive support.

  • Creation of a Veteran Space: The opening of a center for support, education, communication with fellow soldiers, and meetings with the youth is planned.
  • Convenient Services: A “Single Veterans’ Window” service operates at the local CNAP, providing consultations and administrative services without queues.
  • Development Opportunities: Veterans were informed about benefits, employment assistance, career growth, and starting their own businesses.

“In the Lviv region, a comprehensive program for supporting veterans and their families operates, because recovery requires more than just one approach – it must be multifaceted. Regional programs provide support in physical rehabilitation, veteran business development, health restoration, and social integration. Veteran policy is one of our priorities,” emphasized Taras Hren, Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Office.

The communities of Lviv region continue to form an effective support system locally!
