A new roadside service will appear in Riasne-Ruske, which will include retail and office premises as well as a maintenance station. This facility will be located near the ring road of Lviv, from the north-western bypass of the city.
The issued urban planning conditions were reported by the chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev, during the executive committee on 17 April. It is planned that the building will be erected within the area of a transport interchange, utilising a site for transport services. The project involves single and two-storey premises, and the perimeter of the area will be paved with tiles.
The Lviv City Council notes that the new facility will create additional jobs for the community. This will positively influence the socio-economic situation of the region and contribute to the development of infrastructure.
