In Rudno, a new commercial and office centre is planned, which will be equipped with a special shelter for the safety of local residents. This issue was discussed at the executive committee meeting on Friday, 13th March, where chief architect Anton Koloмєyцев emphasised the importance of this component. Such a requirement is currently being included in the urban development conditions, according to the Lviv City Council.
The project envisages the construction of a four-storey centre on Yavornytsky Street, next to existing commercial and residential buildings. For this part of the community, the availability of a shelter is particularly relevant. The site plans to include 13 parking spaces, paving with cobblestones, and landscaping with flower beds and pine trees.
In addition, a new building materials store is planned to be built on the same street, which will become part of a single complex. It will feature a product exhibition area, a lavatory, as well as a space for unloading goods. The construction will be in accordance with the detailed territorial plan, which has been developed earlier.
