In the Sheptytska community, retail infrastructure is being developed, which requires adjustments to the traffic pattern. To ensure safe and convenient access to the future large shops, councillors have approved new decisions on traffic management.
On 24 September, at a session meeting, two traffic management plans were approved for the areas next to the planned retail facilities. The changes are aimed at improving safety for drivers and pedestrians, as well as streamlining access routes, areas for unloading goods, and parking for cars and lorries.
In Sheptytske, a new retail facility is planned to be built at 28 Lvivska Street, and in the settlement of Hirnyk at 1 Hrushevskoho Street. A separate road junction scheme has been developed for each of these facilities.
All work on installing traffic management infrastructure – road signs, road markings, access roads – will be carried out by investors and businesses at their own expense and in accordance with the requirements of the Patrol Police.
